Terms and Conditions of Sale for Sym-Z Computec
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions cover all sales of products and services by Sym-Z Computec to the purchaser. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Order Acceptance
All orders placed by the Buyer are subject to acceptance by Sym-Z Computec. Sym-Z Computec reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion.
3. Discounts and Pricing
a. Discounts: Buyer acknowledges that any discounts applied to the purchase are valid only per the terms specified in the sales agreement or promotion. Discounts are not transferrable or refundable and may be subject to certain conditions, such as minimum order quantities or deadlines.
b. Pricing: All prices for Products are as stated on the Seller’s website or in the order confirmation at the time or order placement. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Payment Terms
a. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total order amount is required at the time of order placement. This deposit secures the order and confirms the Buyer’s commitment to the purchase
b. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the Products. Final payment must be made in full before the Products are handed over to the Buyer. Payment must be made in full via the agreed-upon payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
5. Collection & Delivery: Collection & Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Sym-Z Computec will endeavour to make every effort to deliver the Products in a timely manner to all local areas.
6. Returns & Refunds:
a. Return Policy: Returns are accepted with 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions: Buyer must obtain written authorisation from Sym-Z Computec to return any Products.
b. Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned & inspected. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the non-refundable deposit.
c. Defective Products: In the event of a defect or damage to a product upon delivery, Buyer must notify Sym-Z Computec within 7 days or receipt, who will at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund for the defective Product.
7. Warranty
Sym-Z Computec provides warranty in the following conditions:
a. Used/Refurbished Products: The warranty under these conditions is limited to 6 months for defects in devices under normal use. The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
b. New builds/devices: The warranty under these conditions is limited to 1-year for all Products. However, refer to manufacturer of components for longer terms, some of which are even longer than the standard with registration of the item.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sym-Z Computec’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Buyer for the specific Products involved in any claim. Under no circumstances will Sym-Z Computec be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Sym-Z Computec reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Sym-Z Computec website or provided to Buyer in writing. Continued use of the services following such changes constitutes the acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
10. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Sym-Z Computec, and the Buyer concerning the sale of Products and supersedes all prior communications, whether written or oral.
